Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
If social media strategy and digital communication is your passion, and you value the environment, community and real food, then this may be a role for you?
Brookfarm is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help drive social media community engagement, brand activation and audience growth, and support eCommerce opportunities for this well established premium food producer.
This role would ideally suit a tertiary qualified marketing, communications and/or public relations graduate, who loves to tell a story through technology. The successful candidate will be able to produce an excellent standard of copywriting, blogs, press releases, integrated social media posts, have a keen eye for photographic composition, drive database growth, track and analyse performance data and manage email campaigns. The role will also help drive eCommerce growth, manage Brookfarm’s Ambassador program, and provide creative support on product photoshoots.

Brookfarm produces premium gourmet muesli and macadamia based products, employing over 70 staff across its macadamia orchard, bakehouse and administrative headquarters in the Northern Rivers, NSW. Key skills, qualifications & selection criteria
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications and/or Public Relations an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient with Photoshop and a working understanding of the other Adobe Suite programs an advantage
- Strategic and working knowledge of a broad range of social media channels
- Insights into social media platforms in markets outside of Australia also an advantage
- Applicants with languages other than English also considered
