National Sales Manager
Brookfarm is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – who is aligned with our family values and culture, and has the skills and abilities to lead and build an exceptional Sales team.

Brookfarm is a generational family business, producing world-class macadamia based products including award winning mueslis, granolas, macadamia oils, muesli bars and premium nut blends.
From its humble beginnings at the Bangalow Market in the Norther Rivers, NSW, Brookfarm now employs over 70 staff throughout its thriving business at its state-of-the-art Byron Bay Bakehouse and at its macadamia farm in the Byron hinterland.

About the position
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and developing our sales team
- Development and implementation of national and international sales plans and strategies
- Managing and developing selected key accounts including Distributors and Corporate accounts
- Identifying and developing new business
Skills you can bring to us
You will need extensive Sales Management experience with a progressive Sales team, a successful history of Key Account management. A strong sales record selling to food or like industry retailers, foodservice, wholesalers, corporates and distributors is essential.
