Gluten Free Bircher Muesli

1/3 cup yoghurt of your choice (natural or greek)
1/3 cup cloudy apple juice
Fruit of your choice to top
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir, cover and refrigerate – Allow 30 mins for a crunchy bircher or overnight for a silky smooth texture.
- Top with fruits of your choice and a drizzle of honey just before serving.
