Golden Immunity Porrij
Immune boosting power porridge
1/2 cup Power Porrij
1 & 1/2 cups coconut milk or other plant-based milk of choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 serve protein powder
- All all ingredients except protein powder to a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, and then simmer on low heat until thick & creamy and the porrij is cooked through.
- Turn off heat and stir in protein powder.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings - Berries, nuts & seeds, toasted coconut, a few chunks of dark chocolate,
