The Brookfarm online store only ships domestic orders within Australia. Free shipping applies to all domestic orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of your order being placed online. If there is an inventory shortage we will contact you via phone or email.
We use TNT road express for all orders except those addresses that require Delivery via Australia Post, such as PMB, PO Boxes, Lord Howe Island and most of the Northern Territory.
Orders with NSW addresses may have a next day delivery, but please allow 1-2 days. All other states in Australia may take up to 5 days depending on the location. Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.
We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind! If you a feel you have been shipped a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, Brookfarm is happy to chat and help you out- we want you to love our products and we hope you’ll be with us for life!

If you have been sent an incorrect product please call us within 48 hours of delivery on (02) 6620 9500 or email us at [email protected]. As long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
