If we supply you an incorrect product please call us on (02)6620 9500 or email us at [email protected] and notify us within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost!
We do not exchange or refund if you change your mind! If you a feel you have been shipped a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, Brookfarm is happy to chat and help you out- we want you to love our products and we hope you’ll be with us for life!
