1 small pumpkin, cut into thin wedges, seeded
2 tablespoons Brookfarm Lime & Chilli Infused Macadamia Oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh sage leaves
2 cloves garlic, skin on
1 cup Powerfood
1. Preheat oven to 170 C.
2. Line a large baking try with baking paper.
3. In a large bowl, toss pumpkin with oil and cinnamon.
4. Transfer to prepared baking sheets. Add sage and garlic.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until tender.
6. Sprinkle with Powerfood and serve warm.
