Gluten Free Bircher Muesli
A delicious bircher muesli recipe created in the kitchen of the Brook family home.
- 1/3 cup Gluten Free Bircher with Cranberry & Tart Cherry
- 1/3 cup yoghurt of your choice (we recommend natural or greek)
- 1/3 cup cloudy apple juice
- Fruit of your choice to top
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir, cover and refrigerate – Allow 30 mins for a crunchy bircher or overnight for a silky smooth texture.
- Top with fruits of your choice and a drizzle of honey just before serving.
