Wake up to this nutritious, immunity boosting porridge.

Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup Power Porrij
- 1 & 1/2 cups coconut milk or other plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 serve protein powder
- All all ingredients except protein powder to a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, and then simmer on low heat until thick & creamy and the porrij is cooked through.
- Turn off heat and stir in protein powder.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings
– Berries, nuts & seeds, toasted coconut, a few chunks of dark chocolate (yum!), or anything you have in your fridge/pantry
