Golden Immunity Porrij

Wake up to this nutritious, immunity boosting porridge.

  • 1/2 cup Power Porrij
  • 1 & 1/2 cups coconut milk or other plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 serve protein powder


  1. All all ingredients except protein powder to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil, and then simmer on low heat until thick & creamy and the porrij is cooked through.
  3. Turn off heat and stir in protein powder.
  4. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings
    – Berries, nuts & seeds, toasted coconut, a few chunks of dark chocolate (yum!), or anything you have in your fridge/pantry
