Paleo Powerfood Granola Byron Surfer’s Smoothie

This refreshing and healthy smoothie using our Paleo Powerfood Granola is the perfect post surf pick me up! Specially put together for Brookfarm by Food as Medicine Chef Sam Gowing.

Prep: 5 minutes | Serves: 2


½ cup ice cubes

1½ cups watermelon, roughly chopped, pips removed

1 cup frozen berries
1 cup macadamia milk
1 lime, juice of
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon Paleo Powerfood Granola


  1. Put watermelon, frozen berries, macadamia milk, lime juice and hemp seeds in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Top with Paleo Powerfood Granola
  3. Pour into 2 chilled glasses or keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
