Keto Paleo Granola Byron Surfer’s Smoothie

This refreshing and healthy smoothie using our Keto Paleo Granola is the perfect post surf pick me up! Specially put together for Brookfarm by Food as Medicine Chef Sam Gowing.

Prep: 5 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients: 

½ cup ice cubes

1½ cups watermelon, roughly chopped, pips removed

1 cup frozen berries
1 cup macadamia milk
1 lime, juice of
1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon Keto Paleo Granola

Method:

  1. Put watermelon, frozen berries, macadamia milk, lime juice and hemp seeds in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Top with Keto Keto Paleo Granola
  3. Pour into 2 chilled glasses or keep covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
