Ingredients:
1 cup seasonal red fruit of your choice (red dragon fruit, raspberries, strawberries)
1 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon protein powder
20 grams / 1 tablespoon Brookfarm Powerfood
Fresh berries and edible flowers to serve
Method:
- Puree seasonal red fruit in a blender with vanilla yoghurt and protein powder.
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Brookfarm Powerfood, fresh berries and edible flowers.
