1 teaspoon Brookfarm macadamia oil
1 nectarine, sliced in half, and one half cut into slices
½ cup yoghurt
¼ cup mixed green leaves (we have used micro herbs)
1 tablespoon Brookfarm Nutty Granola
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
- Heat oil in a griddle pan. Sear nectarines for a few minutes until soft
- Spoon yoghurt over plate.
- Top with grilled nectarines and green leaves.
- Scatter with Brookfarm Nutty Granola and pomegranate seeds.
