Vegan + Dairy Free

Serves: 1-2 people
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 5 minutes to whip up + soaking overnight

Ingredients:

Toppings: Blueberries, pepitas, peanut butter & maple syrup

Method:

  1. In a small bowl mix muesli, ½ cup of almond milk, chia seeds and orange juice.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir through remaining almond milk.
  4. Top with additional toppings and serve.
