Vegan + Dairy Free
Serves: 1-2 people
Time: 5 minutes to whip up + soaking overnight
- 1 cup of Natural Macadamia Muesli Apple & Apricot
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of orange juice (optional)
Toppings: Blueberries, pepitas, peanut butter & maple syrup
- In a small bowl mix muesli, ½ cup of almond milk, chia seeds and orange juice.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir through remaining almond milk.
- Top with additional toppings and serve.
