This is a lovely little gluten free snack for any time of day, and you only need three ingredients. Banana, melted chocolate and a really good quality granola – Brookfarm of course!
Our crunchy Gluten Free Granola Cacao & Coconut is full of little rice puffs and loads of nuts it's fantastic by itself but also a great crunchy topping for our chocolate and banana bark.
So simple and tasty you will want to make it every week!

Just three ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Slice the bananas into 1 cm thick slices and arrange side by side, in a rectangular shape on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Pour over the melted chocolate and with a palette knife spread out evenly to completely cover the bananas.
- Sprinkle over the granola and chill in the freezer for a few hours until set.
- Cut into slices with a serrated knife or break off pieces and enjoy.
