  • Almonds are one of the worlds most popular nut - and for good reason! They contain healthy fats, fibre, protein, magnesium and vitamin E and have been shown to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels and reduce blood pressure. We use almonds in a variety of formats - whole kernel, diced, meal and paste.

  • Amaranth is a nutritious ancient grain which provides a stack of fiber, protein, micronutrients and antioxidants. This gluten free grain, with an earthy, nutty flavour, has a number of health benefits, including reduced inflammation, lower cholesterol levels and increased weight loss. We use both flaked and puffed amaranth varieties.

  • Apples are an extremely nutritious fruit which have been linked to a number of health benefits including improving gut health and reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease. We use Australian freeze dried apples which are particularly high in fibre, vitamins and minerals and have a sweet delicious taste.

  • Apricots are a delicious sweet fruit, high in fibre, antioxidants and vitamins A, C & E. They have a range of benefits from improved eye, skin and gut health. We use Australian dried apricots which contain low amounts of sulphates, giving them a harder texture than Turkish ones.

  • Barley is a high fibre grain which helps with gut health and improves digestion. It contains a stack of essential vitamins and minerals and with a slightly nutty flavour, is a great addition to your daily diet. We use both wholegrain rolled barley and barley bran for extra fibre.

  • Rich in essential health nutrients our dried blueberries have a concentrated sweetness, making an easy sweet addition to add to your everyday diet. Among the highest anthocyanin-containing foods in the world blueberries have been shown to boost heart health, brain function and help lower blood pressure.

  • Buckwheat is a highly nutritious, gluten free wholegrain with an earthy, nutty flavour. Containing a good source of fibre, protein and energy, it has a number of health benefits from improving heart health, blood sugar levels and promoting weight loss.

  • Cacao, the raw version of cocoa, has a deliciously rich yet slightly bitter chocolate flavour. It's a natural source of fibre, protein, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants and contains natural compounds known to boost our mood.

  • Cardamom is a delicious spice with an intense but slightly sweet, minty taste. It comes from the seeds of various plants in the ginger family and provides great flavour to food.

  • Cashews are a great source of copper, magnesium, zinc and biotin.

    They are rich in healthy fats, including monounsaturated and polyunsaturated, which can help with cardiovascular well-being.

    Their low glycemic index aids in blood sugar control, making them a healthy snack choice. 

  • Tart dried cherries have a sour but delicious flavour, full of vitamins C, A, and E, beta-carotene, calcium, iron, and fibre. A great source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, helping reduce muscle fatigue and recovery.

  • Cinnamon is one of the most delicious spices on the planet. With a stack of vitamins and minerals, it provides a range of health benefits from lowering blood sugar levels and being an all-natural anti-inflammatory.

  • With a delicious sweet taste, coconut is one of our favourite ingredients. It's high in good fats and antioxidants, promotes blood sugar regulation and helps to reduce certain risk factors for heart disease. We use coconut chips, shredded coconut, fine coconut, coconut butter, coconut flour & coconut milk flour, all of which are SO2 free.

  • As a natural source of caffeine, you can't beat coffee for your morning energy boost. Coffee contains high levels of antioxidant, beneficial nutrients and a delicious smell and taste.

  • Cranberries are an antioxidant powerhouse, containing more antioxidants than nearly any other food. In their fresh state, they have a tart sour taste, but dried, they are succulent, sweet and delicious.

  • Currants are rich in antioxidants, fibre and essential vitamins and provide a great natural energy boost. Our Australian currants have been naturally dried and have a sweet tangy taste and great texture.

  • Not only is dark chocolate seriously delicious, it is also one of the greatest sources of antioxidants and has been shown to improve health and lower the risk of heart disease. Just make sure you eat it in moderation.

  • High in nutrients, fibre and antioxidants, dates are a delicious dried fruit with a range of benefits including improved digestion and reduced risk of disease. Chewy and sweet, they are the perfect natural sweetener.

  • Davidson Plum is a native Australian rainforest fruit with dark purple skin and bright red flesh. It's an antioxidant powerhouse and a great source of vitamins and minerals, including over 100 times the vitamin C of an orange. With a very tart taste, we use just a tiny amount to give a little added zing to our granola.

  • Flaxseeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, lignans and fibre and help to improve digestive health, lower blood pressure and lower bad cholesterol. They are tiny little nutritional powerhouses which we add in whole or crumble form. Depending on season availability, we use both golden and brown Australian flaxseeds.

  • Golden syrup, a form of treacle, is a thick liquid sweetener with a buttery, caramel flavour.

  • Hazelnuts have a rich and delicately sweet taste with a papery skin. They are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats and may help to regulate blood pressure, reduce inflammation and improve blood sugar levels.

  • Hemp seeds are a great superfood, high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, protein and essential vitamins and minerals. Commonly called hemp hearts, they have a mild, nutty flavour and are a delicious, nutritious addition to your diet.

  • Honey is a thick, sweet and seriously delicious liquid made by honeybees. High in antioxidants and containing some plant compounds, honey is a great natural substitute for sugar.

  • Inulin is a type of soluble fibre found in many plants. It is also prebiotic, meaning that it feeds the good bacteria in the gut and improves digestive health. We use inulin from chicory root.

  • Macadamia oil is cholesterol free and the world’s richest source of monounsaturates, making it beneficial for heart health. The sweet nutty aroma enhances natural food flavours and it's a great substitution for roasting, baking, stir-frys, salad dressings and more.

  • Native to the Australian rainforest, macadamias are Australia's indigenous nut. Not only are they incredibly delicious, they are also one of the most nutritious nuts. They're high in monounsaturated fat, which is beneficial for heart health, rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre and a great source of antioxidants.

  • Maple syrup is a natural sweetener made from the sap of sugar maple trees. It has a rich golden colour and a delicious sweet flavour with hints of caramel and toffee.

  • Muscatel grapes are sweet, dried grapes with a tiny seed inside, making them ever so slightly crunchy.

  • Oats are a healthy whole grain and great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. High in the soluble fibre beta-glucan, oats help to reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promote healthy gut bacteria and increase the feeling of fullness. We use both whole oats and oat bran for extra fibre.

  • Oranges are a deliciously sweet citrus fruit, rich in vitamin C, fibre, thiamine, folate and antioxidants.

  • Pecans are a healthy nut packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and fibre. Rich and buttery in flavour, these naturally sweet nuts are a great addition to your everyday diet.

  • Pink Lake Salt is respectfully hand harvested in a collaboration between Mount Zero Olives and the Barengi Gadjin Land Council. The salt lake has a beautiful pink hue and is fed by natural salt aquifers. Each summer the lake dries out to reveal a beautiful bed of pink coloured salt.

  • Not only are pistachios delicious, but they are also super healthy. They're a great source of healthy fats, fibre, protein, antioxidants and essential nutrients including vitamin B6 and thiamine.

  • Polenta is a great source of fibre, protein & essential minerals like potassium. It is rich in complex carbohydrates which break down slowly in the gut and helps keep sugar levels steady.

  • Pumpkin seeds are highly nutritious and packed with powerful antioxidants that have been shown to improve heart health, blood sugar levels and sleep quality.

  • Quinoa is a healthy and nutritious gluten free grain which is high in protein, fibre, essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is also one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all 9 amino acids.

  • Raisins are sun-dried grapes and are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals and their natural sugar content gives a great energy kick. We use flame raisins in our products which are larger than normal with a firm texture and deliciously sweet flavour.

  • Low in calories but rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, raspberries are a delicious, sweet berry to add to your diet.

  • Rice is a staple food for much of the world's population. It contains protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. We use many different types of rice such as rice puffs, rice straws, rice bran and rolled rice.

  • Rye is a low GI grain containing high levels of fibre and nutrients such as B vitamins. It has been linked to a number of health benefits including weight loss, better blood sugar control and improved heart and digestive health.

  • Saltbush is a native Australian shrub with a salty and herby flavour, traditionally used in Indigenous baking. It grows all year round in dry inland areas, making it a fantastic ingredient to use.

  • Sea salt is an unprocessed form of salt which not only adds great seasoning to almost all dishes but also has many health benefits from keeping you hydrated, improving digestion and regulating blood pressure.

  • Sultanas are dried green seedless grapes and are sweet, juicy and delicious. They are a good source of carbohydrates and natural sugars and include dietary fiber, potassium, iron and antioxidants.

  • Sunflower kernels are the seeds of the sunflower plant. They have a mild, nutty flavour and are rich in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals and beneficial plant compounds.

  • Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root. As a natural sweetener, we use it in our granola blends and our muesli bars.

  • Vanilla extract is derived from the pods of a vanilla plant and has a delicious smell and an even more delicious taste. The sweet flavour can be used in recipes to help curb sugar intake.

  • Walnuts are an extremely health nut, containing more antioxidants and omega-3 fats than any other. High in a range of nutrients, they have been known to reduce inflammation, improve heart disease risk factors and improve gut microbiome.

  • Wattleseed is an Australian native food with a great flavour resembling the mix of nuts, coffee, chocolate and spices. It is a great source of protein and minerals including magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron and selenium.

  • Wheat germ is part of a wheat kernel which is removed from most processed wheat products, but it contains a stack of essential nutrients. It's a great source of fibre, protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
