Ingredients

1/3 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup yoghurt

1 medium apple, grated

1/3 cup milk of choice

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup Espresso Paleo Granola

Method

  • Combine oats, yoghurt, grated apple, milk and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, top with Espresso Paleo Granola and fruit of choice.
