Ingredients
- 500g Cocobella Natural or Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 cup Brookfarm Low Sugar Granola Macadamia Raspberry
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Method
- Line a 30 x 25cm tray with baking paper
- Spread yoghurt evenly over prepared tray with the back of a spoon so it is about 1–2cm thick
- Sprinkle with Low Sugar Granola and raspberries
- Freeze for at about 4–6 hours until set or overnight
- Break into pieces and enjoy immediately
- Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks
