Simply freeze, break into pieces, and enjoy straight from the freezer – a delicious way to keep things cool and nourishing!

Ingredients

- 500g Cocobella Natural or Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt

- 1 cup Brookfarm Low Sugar Granola Macadamia Raspberry

- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries

Method

  • Line a 30 x 25cm tray with baking paper
  • Spread yoghurt evenly over prepared tray with the back of a spoon so it is about 1–2cm thick
  • Sprinkle with Low Sugar Granola and raspberries
  • Freeze for at about 4–6 hours until set or overnight
  • Break into pieces and enjoy immediately
  • Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks
