- Mix all ingredients together in an air tight container.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top with a mix of nuts and seeds, fruit or crunchy granola
- Suggestion: This recipe keeps well in the fridge for a few days. Just give an extra stir in or additional juice or yogurt to your taste. Multiply servings and make a bigger batch, for an easy and nutritious start to your day all week! Change up the topping combinations for a fresh flavour every day.
