Disappointed as its hasn’t arrived

They have not arrived yet! It is very late - I am not impressed. I have been so looking forward to receiving my order and it is now 10 days late.

So sorry for the delay on your order Emily. It left our warehouse the morning after you ordered. It is with Australia Post so outside our control - you can check the tracking number on your confirmation email.
