This oven baked gluten free blend was lovingly created in the Brook family kitchen and produced in our Northern Rivers bakehouse. Includes 16 all-natural gluten free ingredients:

  • Australian dried apple and tart apricot
  • 70% premium whole grains, nut & seeds
  • Protein rich quinoa & amaranth
  • Nutritious Australian currants & sultanas
  • Lightly toasted with Australian bush honey & macadamia oil

Serving Tip: Shake the bag before pouring to evenly distribute the ingredients. Serve with milk or sprinkle on yoghurt and top with fruit.

Great for the gluten free

My wife has to be gluten free and has had some trouble finding breakfast foods that were tasty as well as gluten free. This muesli ticked all the boxes!

Hard and chalky

Very hard, especially the rice bran pieces (long thin pieces). Also, the excessive amount of buckwheat makes it chalky. Not for me.
