Founded in 2000 by Pam and Martin Brook, now lead by their eldest son Will, Brookfarm is a generation family business with 20 years of innovation. We are locally run from Byron Bay, NSW and are committed to creating jobs in regional communities.
Brookfarm is committed to being an environmentally friendly and sustainable company. We have regenerated our rainforest, planting over 35,000 new trees, employed natural farming practices in our macadamia orchard and created a haven for native wildlife. With 288 solar panels installed, our Byron Bay bakehouse and office is powered by the sun, reducing our carbon footprint.
At Brookfarm, we are passionate about giving back and supporting our community, through feeding and helping to raise funds for those in need. We support The Big Scrub Landcare project to help protect and regenerate rainforests, as well as Rainforest Rescue and Sea Shepherd.
