Shipping policy

 

Brookfarm online store only ships domestic orders within Australia. Orders totalling less than $79 will be charged a flat fee of $20 for shipping. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders totalling $79 or more.

We aim to dispatch all orders, from regional NSW, within 2 business days of your order being placed online. If there is an inventory shortage we will contact you via phone or email to ensure we can fill your order. 

Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available from our warehouse located at 14B Banksia Drive, Byron Bay NSW, Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30pm. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 2 business days from the date you place your order.

As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you via email.

Your order must be collected within 7 business days from this date. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, Brookfarm has the right to refund your order and allocate the stock to another customer.

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery based on location. Delivery will be subject to the delivery service selected and depending on location, courier delays may occur outside our control.

Express Shipping: Express orders will be picked and dispatched with the utmost priority. Orders with NSW addresses may have a 1-2 business day delivery from time of dispatch, however all other states in Australia may take up to 5 business days depending on the location.

Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to high demand during Christmas peak season and Public Holidays.
