An Australian native seed with a great flavour resembling the mix of nuts, coffee, chocolate and spices. A great source of protein and minerals including magnesium, zinc, calcium, iron and selenium.
Salt bush is one of Australia’s most delicious native herbs containing protein, calcium and trace minerals. It also contains 20% less sodium than table salt. Traditionally used in Indigenous baking, it thrives in Australia’s outback and helps reclaim saline land.
