Bliss out with Emma Fidoe's Antioxidant Rich Acai Bowl for a cooling breakfast of champions. Full of nutrient-dense and high antioxidant ingredients such as acai, dragon fruit, mango and cocoa. And gluten free as well!
- Add all fruit to a blender and blend. It should be a thick smoothie mix
- Optional: Add additional liquid like milk or water, to your desired consistency
- Scoop out and top with nut butter and granola
