Sweet mandarin porridge

Ingredients

1 cup Brookfarm Gluten Free Porridge

1 cup almond milk 

Pinch of salt

1 tbs macadamias, crushed

2 mandarins, peeled and segmented

Maple syrup

Method

  • Combine Porridge and almond milk in a saucepan and cook on low heat until milk is absorbed and porridge is rich and creamy.
  • Spoon into serving bowls, top with macadamias, mandarin segments and a drizzle of maple syrup.
