Sweet mandarin porridge
Ingredients
1 cup Brookfarm Gluten Free Porrij
1 cup almond milk
Pinch of salt
1 tbs macadamias, crushed
2 mandarins, peeled and segmented
Maple syrup
Method
- Combine Porrij and almond milk in a saucepan and cook on low heat until milk is absorbed and porrij is rich and creamy.
- Spoon into serving bowls, top with macadamias, mandarin segments and a drizzle of maple syrup.
