Bircher Muesli Cups
Ingredients
For the bircher:
- 1/2 cup Natural Macadamia Muesli with Cranberry
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
To serve:
- 1 apple, chopped in cubes
- 1 cup yoghurt of choice
- 1/2 cup Natural Macadamia Muesli with Cranberry
Method
- Add muesli, milk and apple juice to a large bowl. Stir, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, add half of the chopped apple to two glasses. Layer in the bircher mixture, yoghurt and remaining apple.
- Top with Natural Muesli with Cranberry & Macadamia.
