Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes, diced and frozen
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 tbsp. honey (optional)
- 5 strawberries, finely sliced
- ¼ papaya, diced into cubes
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 cup Brookfarm Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry
- 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut, toasted
Method
- Place the mango, coconut cream and honey (if using), into a blender. Blitz until smooth into a sorbet type texture.
