This delicious bircher bowl is made with our Natural Muesli Macadamia Apple & Apricot. Whip it up the night before for a simple and delicious vegan brekky.
Vegan bircher bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
1 cup of Natural Muesli Macadamia Apple & Apricot
¾ cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of orange juice (optional)
Toppings
Blueberries
Pepitas
Peanut butter
Maple syrup
Method
- In a small bowl mix muesli, ½ cup of almond milk, chia seeds and orange juice.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir through remaining almond milk.
- Top with additional toppings and serve.
