This delicious bircher bowl is made with our Natural Macadamia Muesli with Apple & Apricot. Whip it up the night before for a simple and delicious vegan brekky.

Ingredients

1 cup of Natural Macadamia Muesli Apple & Apricot

¾ cup of almond milk

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 tbsp of orange juice (optional)

Toppings

Blueberries

Pepitas

Peanut butter

Maple syrup

Method

  • In a small bowl mix muesli, ½ cup of almond milk, chia seeds and orange juice.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir through remaining almond milk.
  • Top with additional toppings and serve.
