Gluten Free Porridge
This gourmet blend was lovingly created in the Brook family kitchen and produced locally in our Northern Rivers bakehouse. Includes 8 all-natural ingredients:
- Australian macadamias & almonds high in healthy fats
- Protein rich quinoa
- 86% premium whole grains, nuts & seeds
- Fibre rich polenta & flaxseeds for gut health
- Hint of cinnamon
Preparation
Microwave: Combine 1/3 cup porridge & 2/3 cup water in a bowl and cook on high for 2 min, remove then stir for 30 sec. Based on 800W microwave. Cooking time may vary if using milk instead of water.
Stove: Combine 1/3 cup porridge & 1 cup water or milk in a saucepan, gently simmer on low heat, stirring continuously until thick and creamy.
