Powerfood with Smoked Salmon & Corn

Ingredients:

Serves 1

Method:

  1. Layer smoked salmon on a serving plate.
  2. In a small bowl toss corn kernels with watercress.
  3. Top on to smoked salmon, add Keto Paleo Granola and a squeeze of lime.

 

Serving suggestions: a slice of toasted sourdough, a poached egg
