- 100 grams smoked salmon
- ¼ cup cooked corn kernels
- ¼ cup watercress
- 20 grams / 1 tablespoon Brookfarm Keto Paleo Granola
- 1 teaspoon Brookfarm Macadamia Oil
- ¼ lime wedge
- Layer smoked salmon on a serving plate.
- In a small bowl toss corn kernels with watercress.
