Fresh & Delicious Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 punnet frozen berries
- 1 large ripe banana, plus extra to garnish
- 3 tbsp natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- A splash of milk, if required
Method
- Place berries, banana, maple syrup, and yoghurt into a food processor and blend until a thick paste forms.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the nutty granola. Garnish with chia seeds and another dollop of yoghurt.
