Ingredients

100 grams smoked salmon

¼ cup cooked corn kernels

¼ cup watercress

1 tablespoon Keto Paleo Granola

1 teaspoon Premium Macadamia Oil

¼ lime wedge

Method

  • Layer smoked salmon on a serving plate.
  • In a small bowl toss corn kernels with watercress.
  • Top on to smoked salmon, add Keto Paleo Granola and a squeeze of lime.
  • Serve with a slice of toasted sourdough and a poached egg
