Ingredients
¼ - ⅓ cup coconut milk or yoghurt
1 cup (160g) frozen mango pieces
1 medium (125g) frozen banana, chopped
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 medium (25g) frozen cauliflower floret, optional
1 tbsp (20g) frozen or fresh avocado flesh
Prebiotic Paleo Granola, to serve
Method
- Place coconut milk or yoghurt into the blender first (the liquid near to the blade assists blending).
- Add frozen mango and banana, turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla, frozen cauliflower and frozen avocado and blend until a gelato consistency occurs.
- Spoon into a coconut bowl, top with an extra scoop of coconut yoghurt.
- Follow with a generous sprinkle of Prebiotic Paleo Granola for that crunch factor – enjoy!
